John Hassett, Senior Consultant, RPO
John Hassett is a Senior Consultant for the Communications Vertical of Aon’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing and is based in Hauppauge, New York. He has more than 14 years in all aspects of talent acquisition and management. Through out his career John has been responsible for various aspects of full life cycle recruitment, recruiter training, recruitment operations, business development as well as building sourcing and retention programs for high volume call center engagements. John has also consulted with a variety of organizations on best practices involving employment branding, sourcing, social networking, assessment, onboarding and retention.
John started his career and spent 12 years at Allegis Group, a $4 billion global staffing firm where he specialized in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Scientific and Contact Center recruitment throughout the east coast. During his tenure at Allegis, John was responsible for full life cycle recruiting, local business development, opening and managing field offices, opening a new contact center division as well as regional business development. During John’s last role at Allegis he was in charge of Business Development for the entire Northeast for Contacteam, the Contact Center Division of Allegis Group. He also worked as the VP of Business Development at CCN Inc. in New York City and as the Northeast Enterprise Account Executive for Jobster, a Seattle based online recruiting service built to target, engage and hire passive jobseekers through social networking and web 2.0 sourcing technologies.
John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Loyola College in Baltimore Maryland with a major in Finance.

Barbara Sexton, Senior Consultant, RPO
Barbara Sexton is a Senior Consultant for Aon Consulting’s Human Capital practice. She is responsible for the business development activities and ongoing relationship management for the manufacturing and industrial industry in the US.
Barb brings over 13 years of experience in staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and human resource management. Prior to Aon, she held key positions as Corporate Account Executive and Area Sales Manager at a leading staffing firm. Barb brings a proven track record of helping clients succeed in the area of staffing and recruitment.

Jason Krumwiede, Vice President, Aon RPO
Jason Krumwiede is a vice president in Aon’s Human Capital Practice based within the United States. His primary function is leading business development and ongoing client relationship management for the recruitment outsourcing practice. Previously, Jason was the vice president and central regional manager for Workstream, Inc., a human capital software company. Prior to Workstream, Jason was a managing partner and founder of PeopleBonus, recruitment software and outsourcing firm (acquired by Workstream in 2004).
Jason was consultant to Deloitte & Touche and started his career at Aerotek, a $3 billion global staffing firm, where he opened operations for Aerotek in Chicago. Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Colorado. Jason has written HR related articles including “Losing the Resume Battle” in Electronic Recruiting Exchange, a study on “Artificial Intelligence Reaps Huge
Productivity Gains”, and “Guerilla Tactics That Recruiters can use on Managers” in Workplace Management Magazine

Jeff Tsan, Sr. Consultant, Aon RPO
Jeff Tsan is a Sr. Consultant with Aon Consulting where he does his best to help clients tackle complex Talent Acquisition issues, with a particular focus in the public sector. Jeff has been with Aon for five years, and during that time, he has supported numerous client engagements and assisted in the development of a high-volume recruiting and processing solution for a major federal government agency as well as a technology and candidate sourcing platform for one of America’s largest counties. He additionally supports the broader Human Capital practice through sales reporting and analysis.
Jeff graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois with a degree in Education, concentration in Learning and Organizational Change. Starting in fall 2008, Jeff will be a candidate for a Master’s of Business Administration at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He lives in Chicago and bleeds Bear Blue and Orange.
